Pamper's vs Generic

I look at the differences between a Pampers Diaper verses a generic diaper.  I have been using Pampers ever since my daughter was born.  Only recently I noticed the price difference in diapers.  I tried the generics and give my perspective of what I have noticed.  I think even with the price cut, the generic is not the better diaper.  My daughter walks around differently while wearing the generic diaper.  The generic diaper must rub her thighs wrong.  The generic diaper feels more plastic and the Pampers feels more cotton-like.  I will continue to buy the Pampers
